Overview:

What?: We are hosting an IRC channel, #Politics on irc.freenode.net.

Every day is bringing the world closer to being re-unified. The people of the world need a place(s) where they can get together and discuss what this unified world is going to look like. A place to share what works and doesn't work in their country[s] and how we can bring the lessons we have all learned to this unified world.

Please don't confuse this with the "new world order" movement. You would not be invited and advocated to have a say in it if it were. This, and things like it, are the counter measure to "The New World Order". If we don't get involved in shaping our world, then it will be left to people who might not care what you think and that don't belive you should have a say it your own life.

Where?:

Who?: People that know they are free and like to express them selves :-) Also seeing as how this IS freenode, there do tend to be more software/hardware related topics brought up.

Why?: There are many political irc channels on various networks. They tend to revolve around U.S. politics. These different channels allow world political discussion but it is the secondary focus. This world forum advocates political discussion from a world prospective. Think globaly, act localy.

How?: With an open mind and a bottle of aspirin ;-)

The basic site is finished. I'm going to be working on some of the artistic touches now. Any ideas are welcome. We are also going to be getting a domain name, till then its getting hosted at Idea-Anvil.net
